Brenda Louise Bronston

Mrs. Brenda Louise Bronston, 61, daughter of James Bronston and the late Annie Rose Carter Bronston was born September 19, 1957 in Cincinnati, Ohio departed this life on Monday, September 9, 2019 at White Oak Nursing Home in Charlotte,  North Carolina.

Brenda was the first of four children, Chantel Corbin, James Gatewood  (Niki) and she was preceded in death by her sister: Vivian Hudson.

Brenda graduated from Hughes High School in Cincinnati, Ohio (1975). She attended the University of Cincinnati to become registered nurse before making the noble decision to work full time to care for her only child Kellye in 1981. She  then became known for her relentless work ethic, promptness and independence. She was also known for her sewing abilities, her eye for home decorations, and her crafty hands in home improvements and DIY projects. Her ability to listen, stern advice , and dry sense of humor made Brenda valuable to all who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish fond memories her father: James Bronston, Sr. (Miranda) of Cincinnati, Ohio. Her daughter: Kellye A. Dailey (Jamel) of Cornelius, NC. Grandchildren: Kalah Elizabeth, Nicky Deonte'. and Kadence Ethan of Cornelius, NC. Her siblings: James Gatewood and Chantel Corbin of Cincinnati, Ohio. Her sisters-in-love, Nikki Gatewood and Shielah Smith, Her nieces: Nikeeta Bronston, Jamiyah Gatewood, and Jala Gatewood. Her nephews: Leon Hudson, Christopher Crosswhite, Anthony Ettison and many more relatives and friends.
