James Black Obituary

Mr. James “Shane” Black, son of Ada Crowder Black and the late Billy James Marsh was born February 3, 1966 in Union County, North Carolina.  He passed away on July 19, 2019 at home.  Shane was joined in holy matrimony to Lavetta Lawerence Black.  He was the owner of Black’s Car Detailing where he served Union County. He leaves to cherish many beautiful  memories with his wife Lavetta Black. His son, Jumarious Hall. His brothers; Robert Black (Tina) of Jersey City, James Black (Fredericia), Rickey Black, Kalvin Black (Bettye), Tony Marsh (Tasha) all of Monroe, North Carolina. Four sisters; Vickey Alexander (Bobby), Ruthie Crowder (Cornelius) of Monroe, North Carolina, Melissa Black of Wingate, North Carolina, and Jennifer Johnson of Monroe, North Carolina.  One sister-in-law, Velma Williams, one brother-in-law Willie Lawerence (Laquisha) and a host of nieces.  One that was extremely special to him, Lyric Knotts “Mom Baby”.  Along with other nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
