Mr. Lee Ben Simpson, son of the late Fred and Eva Cuthbertson Simpson was born February 13, 1928 in Union County, North Carolina. And departed this life on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at Monroe Rehab-Center in Monroe, North Carolina.

Survivors: Sons: Hubert Simpson of Charlotte, North Carolina and Eugene Simpson of Monroe, North Carolina Daughter: Mrs. Faye Douglas of Albemarle, North Carolina. fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and friends.

The body will lie in state one hour before the service.
