Marvin accepted Christ at an early age and joined Flint Ridge East Baptist Church.
Marvin was a loving brother, uncle, friend and most of all, child of God who enjoyed playing the bass guitar and keyboard. listening to his scanner. listening to quartet and jazz music, an avid CB'er aka Dr. Feelgood and enjoyed watching football. He played the bass guitar for the Swannees pf Pageland, South Carolina and various churches throughout the years. He was a faithful Carolina-Panthers fan.
Marvin leaves to cherish his memory, a special niece: Fidelia Brown (Gerald) of Indian Trail, North Carolina. Three brothers: Elder Julius Chambers (Shelia) of Stone Mountain, Georgia. Minister Samuel Chambers (Monica) of Plainfield. Illinois and Steve Marble (Shelia) of Marshville, North Carolina. one great uncle: Archie Huntley of Charlotte, North Carolina., one aunt: Margie White of Monroe, North Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, relatives and friends.
