Ms. Valerie Annette Duncan, the daughter of the late Jeanette Young Duncan and Bennie Harris and Cleveland Duncan was born November 1, 1977 in Union County, North Carolina. She went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 28, 2019 at Carolina Health Care - Union in Monroe, North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her siblings.
Her signature of joy was her warm heart and big smile.
She leaves to cherish fond memories her children: Camry Barrino, Tyrique Dunlap; grandkids: Qumiya Hough, Kemron Hough;
brothers: Bentrabion Harris, Mario Duncan, Leo Taylor, Dontax Taylor, and Willie Rushing; sisters: Cassandra Duncan, Tiffany
Duncan, and Jasyhn Duncan and a lot of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.
