Mrs. Veronica Carter Barber, daughter of the late C.B. Alsbrooks and Charlotte Ann Rush was born August 29, 1957 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. And departed this life on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at her home.
Survivors: Sons: James Rico Carter and Robert Louis Barber, Jr. of Waxhaw, North Carolina. Daughters: April Jeanette Carter and Tonya Carter Huntley of Waxhaw, North Carolina. Sisters: Pamelia Massey and Pamela Hough of Monroe, North Carolina. Sixteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends
