Herbert Lee and Jimmie Lee (Smith) Rembert. She graduated from Hallahan 


Catholic Girls’ High School in Philadelphia, PA. Betty’s path led her to Jesse D. 


Williams, the love of her life. They married on July 15, 1979 and shared 38 


wonderful years together until his passing in 2017
