Mr. Allen’s Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 28, 2023, at 3:00 pm in the Bennie Blakely Jr. Memorial Chapel of Blakely’s Funeral & Cremation Service, LLC. There will be a public viewing and visitation form 12:00pm – 2:45 pm before the service.
