Mr. Billy Ray Robinson, son of the late Vasco and Ruth Lotharp Robinson, was born November 2, 1952 in Union County, North Carolina. And departed this life on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Atrium Health Union, Monroe, North Carolina. 

Billy Ray was affectionately known as "Goat"

Billy was preceded in death by his daughter: Martina Nelson, brother: Prentis Robinson and sister: Cynthia Robinson.

He leaves to cherish his memories his son: Tenslo Smith of Marshville, North Carolina .brothers: Vasco Robinson, Jr., Lester Robinson (Rose) and Reginald Robinson all of Wingate, North Carolina. Sisters: Ms. Doris Robinson of Charlotte, North Carolina, Ms. Sylvia Robinson and Mrs. Angela Barrino (Calvin) of Monroe, North Carolina. Special nephew: Willie Robinson of Charlotte, North Carolina and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
