Bobby Eugene Jackson

Bobby Eugene Jackson, affectionately known as "Daddy, Papa, or Uncle Bob" was a loving father, papa, uncle and mentor to many. "Bobby Eugene Jackson" departed this life to be with the Lord on January 8, 2021 shortly after his 75th birthday.

Bobby Jackson was born in Marshville, North Carolina , on January 2, 1946 to the late Mr. Collins W. Jackson and the late Laura Ross. Bobby's early education was in East Polkton, North Carolina and later completed his education graduating from Second Ward High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. Soon after graduation, Mr. Jackson would go onto enlist in the Army where he would fight for our country in Vietnam. He was a Paratrooper in the 82nd Air Borne. Mr. Jackson loved, loved, loved his family and there isn't anything that he wouldn't do for them or others.

Mr. Jackson  was a man with a lot of integrity and a huge sense of humor. There was no way of meeting him and not falling in love with his personality or his smile. The smile that he possessed could light up an entire room. His personality enlightened everyone's face and their hearts. His personality was so huge that he would be the "Life of any Party", he would give all  his family members nick names and remember each and every one of them.

Bobby Jackson was a "Man amongst Men"

Daddy/Papa/Uncle Bob as he is affectionately known is proceeded in death by both parents, 12 siblings, 1 grandson, and 1 great-grandson. He leaves to mourn his loss 3 children, Miriam MaKeeba Jackson, Marcell Jackson (Latisha), Sonja DaNetta Jackson-Adam (Fred) and a bonus daughter, Tesha Deonna Jackson. 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, his best friend and the mother of his children (Mary Jane), 3 brother-in-laws. 4 sister-in-laws, 1 mother-in-law, 1 aunt and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members that he so loved.
