Mr. Horne’s Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 1:00 pm in the Bennie Blakely Jr. Memorial Chapel of Blakely’s Funeral & Cremation Service.  There will be a public viewing on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Blakely’s Funeral & Cremation Service.
