Carly Simaya Willoughby was born to Skyles Jr. Ivery and Uniqua
Willoughby on June 6, 2025 and she departed August 8, 2025. She was a
twin. She leaves to cherish loving memories to her parents Skyles Ivey and
Uniqua Willoughby, older sister Sophia Willoughby, and twin brother
Karter Willoughby, grandparents Karen Osborne (Skyles Sr. Ivey) and
Sophia Willoughby. Great–grandparents Lillie Duncan, John Ivey and
John & Juanita Osborne all preceded Carly in death. She also leaves to
cherish Birther May, great grandparents and 2 uncles Zyquan & Jahiem

Willoughby and a host of other family members.
