Mr. Cecil Darnell Blount, son of the late Rufus and Verla Coleman Blount, Rorie died on Tuesday, September 29,2020 at Atrium Health Carolinas Main in Charlotte, North Carolina.
He was married to Elizabeth Blount who preceded him in death 2015.
He leaves to cherish his memories: Son: Antonio Ellison (Charisse) of Georgia. Daughter: Ashley Nicole Ellison of Los Angeles, Calif. Brothers: Bobby Blount and Terry Robinson of Monroe, North Carolina. Step-father: Mitchell Rorie of Lancaster, South Carolina. Nieces: Angela Cureton of Charlotte, North Carolina. and Tamika Belk of Pageland, South Carolina. five great-nieces, one great nephew. Best friend: Jones Williams (Konya) of Charlotte, North Carolina. And a host of other relatives and friends
