Mr. Charlie Webster Miller, son of the late Eva Massey Samuels was born April 24, 1945 in Chesterfield, South Carolina. And departed this life on Friday, December 6, 2019 at Accordius Health of Monroe, North Carolina.
He accepted Christ at an early age, he attended school in Jefferson, South Carolina and was a truck driver for Monroe Landfill. For thirty years he was a loving husband, father who love to dance to old school music and loved to laugh and have fun. His favorite hobby was fishing, hunting, traveling and driving fast cars which he loved to do.
He was preceded in death by: Mary Alice Cash, Glenn Covington, Curly Samuels and Thomas Covington.

LaTarya and Farrah Welch of Chesterfield, SC. Johnny Ray Robinson (Keshia) of Monroe, NC. Brothers: Nathaniel McCall (Tonia) of Taylorsville, Ut. Curley Samuels, Jr. (Kucia), James Melton, Jeryl Ray Melton (Hattie) of Ruby, SC. Ronnie Melton. Sisters: Wanda Steward (Tyrone), Gail McMillian (William), Sharon Blackledge,Daisy Samuels all of Wilmington, NC. Magnolia Green (James), Grace Lee Melton of Chesterfield, SC, Gloria Little, Mary Melton of Charlotte, NC and Florence Melton of Mt Croghan, SC. Aunts, uncles, grandchildren, great grandchildren, Special friend: Mrs. Eula Mae Crowder (late James) of Monroe, NC. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
