Chrystal Annette Chambers

Mrs. Chrystal Annette (Chambers) Rorie, the daughter of Mrs. Elnoria (Clarence) McGriff and Mr. Michael (Tammy) Sanders, was born October 3, 1987 in Monroe, North Carolina.

God called Chrystal from earth to her eternal home on January 6, 2022. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Belmont Baptist Church, Monroe, NC where she served to the end.

Chrystal graduated from South Piedmont Community College in 2018. She attended Central Piedmont Community College where she became a CNA and worked at Bayada Home Health Care until she later began teaching at Christ Bible Teaching Center. She enjoyed nursing. 

She was preceded in death by three grandparents, Mr. Ira Lee and Emma Sanders and Mrs. Thelma Blount.

She leaves to cherish her memories, husband Mr. Derrick Rorie and four children, Messiah Tyson, Amiliona Chambers, Ricky Huntley, and Josiah Huntley, all of the home in Marshville, NC.

She leaves her Parents Mr. Michael (Tammy) Sanders of Salisbury, NC and Mrs. Elnoria (Clarence) McGriff of Marshville, NC; and Grandfather, Mr. Joe Chambers of Marshville, NC.

She leaves seven siblings, Christopher (Jennifer) Chambers of Monroe, NC; Luther Chambers of Marshville, NC; Ellis Chambers, Shaniesha Sturdivant and India Watts all of Charlotte, NC; and Nikki Little and Khala McGriff both from Monroe, NC.
She leaves two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law all of Monroe, NC; and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
