Deacon Curtis Parker was born on November 18, 1946 to the late Roy B. Robinson and late Roberta Parker of Marshville, North Carolina at the time. He departed this life on the night of December 26, 2021.
Deacon Curtis Parker worked with brick masonry in his earlier years. He then became an experienced roofer until his health started to decline. He enjoyed fishing, cooking and making people laugh. He also enjoyed serving God through his local church whenever he could.
Deacon Parker is preceded in death by his wife: Kay Parker; his father: Roy Robinson; mother: Roberta Parker and one brother: Robert Parker.
He leaves to cherish his memory 3 daughters: Curtishia Parker of Winston Salem, North Carolina, Phyllis White of Charlotte, North Carolina and Omega Holit of Charlotte, North Carolina; 2 sons: Curtis Lynnell Parker (Sabrina) of High Point, North Carolina, Bernest Ray Holit (Tammy); 5 sisters: Marilyn Lavern Parker of Monroe, North Carolina, Elizabeth Gross (Tracy) of Fall Brook, California, Claudine Davis (Morven) of Monroe, North Carolina, Sylvia Robinson of Monroe, North Carolina and Mabel Robinson of Monroe, North Carolina. He leaves 5 brothers: Clifton Parker (Caretha) of Polkton, North Carolina, Roy B. Robinson (Olinda) of Monroe, North Carolina, Robert Robinson of Monroe, North Carolina, Larry Robinson of Wingate, North Carolina, and Earnest Robinson of Monroe, North Carolina; 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and a host of family, friends and loved ones not mentioned.
