Mr. David Alexander "Tinky" Patterson, son of the late David Patterson and Dorothy Perry was born April 3, 1951 in Union County, North Carolina. And departed this life on Friday, July 1`7, 2020 at Atrium Health-Union, Monroe, North Carolina.

He leaves to cherish fond memories: Sons: Ashanti Miller of Greensboro, NC., Donovan Livingston of Colorado and Brian Norwood of Monroe, NC. Daughter: Ebony Frazier of Greensboro, NC. Brothers: Robert Patterson and Ronnie Patterson of Monroe, NC. Sisters: Gwendolyn Covington of Charlotte, NC and Angela Patterson of Monroe, NC. fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. and a host of cousins other relatives and friends..
