Eaver Horton-Phifer 83, daughter of the late Roy Horton and Eaver McClellan, departed this life on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Clear Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pineville, North Carolina.  Left to mourn her death is her husband, Earnest Phifer of the home; Daughter, Shannon Horton of Monroe, NC; sisters: Mary Horton Nivens (Curtis) of Monroe, NC, and Susan Campbell of Wadesboro, NC and a host of other relatives and friends.
