Mr. Franklin D. McCain was born in Heath Springs, South Carolina on January 5, 1938, and passed away in Monroe, North Carolina on Thursday, July 1, 2021. Mr. McCain worked in food services his entire life. He was a dedicated employee, and devoted friend, brother, and son. He loved spending time in the outdoors, fishing and gardening. He had a special affinity for dogs. Mr. McCain was a kind and gentle soul, who loved people and his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He often spoke of longing to be reunited in heaven with friends and family members who had gone on before him, and to behold the face of Jesus. We rejoice with Mr. McCain that the glorious reunion has begun.
