Harry Franklin Deese, the son of the late Floyd Deese and Louise Hammond Deese was born April 22, 1950 in Union County, North Carolina.
He departed this life on Sunday, December 19, 2021.
He accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Wingate, North Carolina.
Franklin graduated from Piedmont High School and worked at Emily Housing Mill for a few years and he drove trucks for several years the last few years he was a handy man. Franklin hobbies included football and driving trucks. Franklin was a humble man with a gentle spirit and was going. Franklin had faith and trust in the Lord. No matter what was going through he would always say with a smile “my heavenly Father got me and I’ll be alright.”
He was precede in death by his wife: Teresa Wade who passed in 2016; parents; one sister: Linda Morris; two brothers: Johnny Deese and James Kelly Deese.
He leaves to cherish fond memories his brothers: Edward Deese (Susie) of Indian Trail, north Carolina, Jessie Deese (Marilyn - deceased) and Jerry Deese (Doris) of Monroe, North Carolina; three sisters: Mary Deese and Rachel Williams of Monroe, North Carolina, Carolyn Deese of Wingate, North Carolina; two uncles, two aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends along with a special cousin, Irvin Hammond.
