Jerry Lee Tobias, 57, the son of Bernice Meaders and Willie Tobias, Sr. was born March 12, 1964 in Monroe, North Carolina. He departed this life on December 2, 2021 at Novant Health Matthews Hospital.
Jerry, also known as “Tip”, graduated from Piedmont High School in Monroe, North Carolina. He had a passion for cooking. He loved his gospel music and had an easy going spirit He loved playing and spending time with his great nephew “Karter” and family. Jerry was a humble fun loving man. His hobbies were walking because it was exceptional for the mind and body. He also enjoyed comedy because laughter is good for the soul. Jerry never met a stranger and always seen the good in people.
He is preceded in death by one brother, Willie J. Tobias, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memories to his life partner: Rhonda Enders of Charlotte, North Carolina; parents: Bernice M. Tobias of Charlotte, North Carolina and Willie J. Tobias, Sr. of Matthews, North Carolina; two sons: Joshua Tobias and Jeremy Tobias of Charlotte, North Carolina; one daughter: Charee Tobias of Charlotte, North Carolina; one brother: Tracy Tobias of Charlotte, North Carolina; one niece: Jasmine Tobias of Charlotte, North Carolina; one nephew: Trayvone Tobias of Charlotte, North Carolina; great nephews: Karter and Kameron both of Charlotte, North Carolina and a host of other relatives and friends.
