Otis Clarence Marsh, 69, of Monroe, North Carolina was born September 4, 1951 and passed on July 21, 2021 at home surrounded by family. He was the son of the late O.C. Marsh and Leana Ruth Covington.
He leaves to mourn his death his son, Jermaine Marsh of Monroe, NC and his daughter, Shonda Shannon(Eric) of Indian Trail, NC; sisters: Brenda Chambers of Charlotte, NC and Blondie Maske of Marshville, NC; brothers: Kenneth Marsh of Marshville, NC and Larry Lothorpe of Wadesboro, NC; six grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
