Prophetess Ann Parrish Wilson of Manchester, Georgia daughter of the late Henry and Eddie Parrish was born July 25, 1934 in Pittsview, Ala. And departed this life on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Atrium Health Care-Union, Monroe, North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Sutton Wilson, her brothers: Lee Comer, Richard Parrish, Jimmy Lee Parrish, Randall Parrish and Sister: Georgia Parrish Williams
She had not finish High School but being the wife of a soldier she got to travel to and live in several countries and states. It was during these times under her own initiative she took a variety of course and classes allowing her to become exceptional well educated. One of her most memorable jobs was obtaining the position as an inspector at the Milliken Mill in Manchester, Georgia.
Prophetess Ann Wilson was License to preach the Gospel. She loved her family, friends and the Lord with all her hearts. She requarly attend Praise Tabernacle in Manchester, Georgia she was a member of Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church , however she was known to travel near and far to various other churches. The Pastor's and congregations remember her as always teaching the Word, visiting or attending the sick or down and out and spreading joy and spirituality to everyone who met her. She left precious memories of a life well lived and shared. She was known and spoken of as an exceptional cook, baker "everyone raved about her cakes", seamstress and gardner. She was well known and respected by people of all races, professions, and religious affiliations. Most knew her as "Miss Ann" of "Mother Wilson" and a few as Prophetess Ann Wilson.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Her son: Albert Wilson (Janice) of Monroe, North Carolina. Grandchildren: Michael Wilson (Amanda), Tiffany Wilson, Shawn Wilson, Adrian Wilson, Maurice Wilson all of Monroe, North Carolina. Seven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews and cousins other relatives and friends.
She was loved by many and will be missed by all who met her.
