Tara Lenoir Liles

Ms Tara Lenoir Liles was born August 11, 1975 to the late Melvin Clarke Rorie and Willie Mae Sanders in Union County, North Carolina. She departed this life on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Atrium Health-Union County hospital, Monroe, North Carolina.

She was a member of Belmont Missionary Baptist Church. She graduated from Monroe Senior High. She was a loving mother and a reliable sister. She loved taking care of children(s), enjoyed cooking and listening to music.

One sister, Linda Rorie McNeely, preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish fond memories: a devoted and thoughtful daughter, Ashley Nicole Liles, of Monroe, NC, three brothers, Rodney Rorie of Wingate NC; Derek Rorie of Marshville, NC; and Markco Rorie (Whitley) also of Marshville; nine nieces, Kendra McNeely, Shakeela McNeely, Tamela McNeely, Maya Rorie, Mariah Rorie, Malaya Rorie, Maliyah Rorie, Makayla Rorie, Amiliona Chambers, seven nephews, Rodney Rorie Jr., Micah Rorie, Kingston Rorie, Jaylen Rorie and Jahmer Rorie, Josiah Huntley, Ricky Huntley, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
