Mr. Tazewell Mills, Jr. aka Toby, son of the late Tazewell Mills, Sr. and Edna Henderson Mills, was born November 21, 1940 in Washington, D.C. and departed this life on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at his home.

He leaves to cherish fond memories: His daughter: Vonja Clark of High Point, North Carolina. Granddaughter: Vonia Miller of Asheboro, North Carolina and great granddaughter: Mya Erwin of High Point, North Carolina. Sisters: Audrey Colvin (Henry deceased) of Maryland. Debbie Davis (Richard) of Columbia, Md., Esparita "Rita" Mills of Monroe, North Carolina. and Marla Spruill (Jerome) of Greensboro, North Carolina. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends
