Thomas Ocie Burch

Mr. Thomas J. Burch, son of the late Mrs. Geneva Clark Burch, Lee H. Dixon and Waylon Burch (step-father) who departed this life on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Hospice Haven in Rockingham, NC.
He was born March 20, 1944.  
He attended East Union in Marshville, North Carolina and where he resided for the most of his adult life.
Mr. Burch was employed by Tyson Foods for more than twenty years, and later retired.  He was industrious and a loyal employee.  
He was a follower of the Methodist faith and later in life confessed Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Grandmother Annie Robinson Clark, son Curtis and daughter Denise.
He leaves to mourn his loss, children; Antonio Moore (Crystal Morrison) and Danny Davis (Linda), Brenzion Welch, Sharika and Stephanie, all of Charlotte, NC, Tammy Horton Ford (Joseph), Ray Thomas, Kenneth Funderburke (Josette), Keith Horton, all of Pageland, SC and Darren Burch of Gastonia, NC;  brothers and sisters, Rosa M. Millner (Tyler) of Martinsville, VA, Emma B. Moffett of Marshville, NC, Susan B. Crawford of Charlotte, NC, Joseph W. Burch (Darlene) of Monroe, NC,  Jackie R. Burch (Bobbie) and Sidney L. Burch, of Charlotte, NC, Penny L. Burch of Marshville, NC, Walter P. Burch of Wadesboro, NC, Jeffery D. Burch of Marshville, NC. and Glenda L. Bruce (Marion) of Charlotte, NC. And a number of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts and host of other relatives and friends.
