Tony M Huntley was born on December 22, 1962, in Union County to the late Melvin Charlie and Loretta Hamilton Huntley. He was the second oldest of six children.

At an early age Tony joined Cross Road AME Zion Church, under the leadership of Rev. Mann. Tony served faithfully as a young age, during his later years Tony attended on and off.

Tony attended and completed his education at Union County School. After completing education Tony joined the United State Navy 1980.
