His public viewing is scheduled for Friday, May 3, 2024 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm at the Blakely’s Funeral & Cremation Service.

Mr. Daniel Williams passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. His Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at Greater Blessed Hope Baptist Church, 3607 Andrew Jackson Drive, Waxhaw, NC 28173. Service time will be 2:00 pm.

Ms. Sonja Henie Fincher, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024. Ms. Fincher’s Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024 in the Bennie Blakely Jr. Memorial Chapel of Blakely Funeral & Cremation Service.  There will be a public viewing on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Blakely’s Funeral & Cremation Service.

Dimitrius Marcellous Farara aka Mechie, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024. Mr. Dimitrius’ Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Flint Ridge Baptist Church, 5720 Flint Church Road, Marshville, NC 28103. There will be a public viewing on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Blakely’s Funeral & Cremation Service.

Mrs. Clara Chambers Davis passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Mrs. Davis’ Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at New Life Christian Church 111 East Parker Street, Kings Mountain, NC 28086. Her body will Lie in State from 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm at the church with the service beginning at 2:00 pm. There will be a public viewing on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Blakely’s Funeral & Cremation Service.

Ms. Bertha Lee Moore passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024. Ms. Moore’s Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Morning Star AME Zion Church, 4604 Secrest Short Cut Road, Monroe, NC 28110. Service time will be 12:00 pm.
